
Mark Weaver is the founding partner of Weaver Weaver Law and has been practicing law since 2015. Prior to working as an attorney and counselor at law, Mark earned his Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Georgia. Mark later earned a Master of Arts degree focused on real estate land values and gentrification across metro Atlanta. After working for a national real estate investment firm, Mark then received his Juris Doctor of Law from the Emory University School of Law. During law school, Mark worked in the legal department in the North American headquarters of a large foreign automaker and externed with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia. Following law school, Mark worked for the public sector, where he represented a federal agency in over 1,000 matters in various federal district courts in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and Texas. In addition, Mark has litigated more than 15 matters before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, including multiple oral arguments before appellate judges. He has two published Eleventh Circuit wins.
Mark started Weaver Weaver Law to focus his practice and life on helping victims and their families get the benefits they deserve. He focuses his civil litigation practice on personal injury accidents and eminent domain issues. Mark knows what it takes to win, through settlement negotiations and court practice, and uses his legal acumen to get results for his clients. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mark is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Mark volunteers for the Special Olympics of Georgia, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the March of Dimes, and Habitat for Humanity. When he is not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
