Jennifer Weaver is the founding partner of Weaver Weaver Law and has more than 20 years of legal experience. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jennifer received her Juris Doctorate from Elon University School of Law. Jennifer then earned her LL.M. from the University of Georgia. Jennifer has extensive experience representing both private sector and public sector clients. Jennifer was a former Senior Attorney for a boutique civil litigation firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where she represented hundreds of clients in all state and federal courts, from magistrate court to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Jennifer also represented a federal public agency in thousands of administrative matters, served as the Staff Attorney for the Mountain Judicial Circuit of Georgia, and was appointed Law Clerk to the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Jennifer founded Weaver Weaver Law to represent victims and their families in all aspects of civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury accidents and real estate disputes. She will fight for your rights and just treatment under the law. Jennifer is admitted to practice law in Georgia and North Carolina, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jennifer is a current member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Jennifer serves her community on several non-profit boards, including The Papillion Place, an organization focused on helping young adults with developmental differences connect with their community through the arts, and the Northwood Elementary School Parent Teacher Association. She has been actively involved as a member of the Georgia Real Estate Fraud Prevention and Awareness Coalition, Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, and the State Bar of Georgia Wellness Initiative Committee. Jennifer is also a dedicated mother. She enjoys sporting events and family vacations with her husband and three daughters.
